The naturalized 24-year-old proved to be a game-winner for Pini Gershon's national side on more than one occasion. He poured in a team-high 16 points per game and came up with an average of 2.3 steals as Bulgaria finished second to Serbia in EuroBasket 2009 qualifying Group A.
