BRA - Brazil announces their twelve players for FIBA Americas Championship for Women:

CUIABÁ (FIBA Americas Championship for Women) - Brazil announced their twelve players for FIBA Americas Championship for Women to be played in Cuiaba, Mato Grosso from September 23-27.

Adrianinha Pinto, Helen Luz, Karen Gustavo, Micaela Jacintho, Natália Burian, Kelly Santos, Jucimara Dantas, Fernanda Beling, Palmira Marcal, Alessandra Oliveira, Franciele Nascimento and Silvia Gustavo are the twelve representatives of Brazil.

Brazil defeated Argentina twice in warm up games by the score of 65-50 and 77-71. They already played against Canada and beat them 69-68 and face off for the final time in Saturday.

"The group that we are bringing to Cuiabá is strong and versatile. We can have different lineups depending on our needs because we are going to have very different opponents", said head coach Paulo Bassul.
