    Real Estelí wants the qualification

PANAMA (Panama) - The Nicaraguan team faces Titanes with the possibility of winning and moving forward to the next phase.

PANAMA (Panama) - The great 78-72 victory against Caballos gave hope to Real Estelí, who’s now on the verge of qualifying to the BCL Americas’ next round. The team coached by David Rosario knows that, if they defeat Titanes de Barranquilla tonight, they’ll be the first to qualify in Group A.

Day: 3/28. Local time: 6:10pm. TV: DIRECTV Sports and DAZN.
Referees: Cristiano Maranho (Brazil), Fabricio Vito (Argentina) and Roberto Emilio Mota Inoa (Dominican Republic).
    Stadium: Arena Roberto Durán, Panama.

Real Estelí showed it has what it takes to be back among the best eight teams of the ultimate continental championship. It demonstrated it is a candidate in Coclé, and beat Caballos once again, like it did in all three matches against them in Zone A. Jezreel De Jesús, its star player, took charge of the team again, with an outstanding performance: 28 points and 6 rebounds. If they fall tonight, they’ll have to wait until Monday’s match between Titanes and Caballos.

The Colombians, on the other hand, are on the rise after that 98-66 victory against Real Estelí in the last window, when they had home advantage. Such a difference in points might be important if there’s a three-way tie. Furthermore, Titanes also surprised in the first window in Nicaragua, when it defeated Estelí 88-79. The team coached by Tomás Díaz knows that, regardless of the result of the match against the Nicaraguans, they’ll define their future against Caballos de Coclé on Monday.
