Nanterre close to break a record and 13 other facts you might have missed this week

MIES (Switzerland) - The eight week of the Basketball Champions League season is just behind us. The perfect time to have a look a some key facts to take away after this week's games.

Teams

Only Iberostar Tenerife has won a BCL game (vs Capo d’Orlando in January 2018, +47) by a bigger margin than Nanterre 92 v Opava (+46). The 110 points scored by Nanterre 92 against Opava are the best tally for a French team in a BCL game. Iberostar Tenerife have scored 10+ shots from behind the arc in seven BCL games this season, more than any other team in the league in 2018/19. UNET Holon have made 25 assists against Fribourg Olympic, the third time this season for the Israeli side with 25+ assists in a single BCL game – only Iberostar Tenerife (4) have had more games with 25+ assists than UNET Holon in BCL this season.
