OLDENBURG (Basketball Champions League) - EWE Basketball Oldenburg got their third consecutive victory with a 100-80 victory over UCAM Murcia on Wednesday evening.

Oldenburg were unstoppable from beyond the arc, shooting over 50% to knock down 20 three-pointers as Murcia had no answers in the second half.

"I think we didn't start the game off with enough energy playing on the road," Murcia's Soko said.

"We let them make some early three pointers and then they really didn't miss after that."

Bryon Allen was impressive all night on his way to 26 points, 3 rebounds, and 5 assists on 10-of-15 shooting, with Maxime De Zeeuw registering 17 points as five players reached double figures for the home side.

"Great home win," Allen said. "(They're a) very tough team, great energy from the crowd we appreciate it - without them this wouldn't be possible. Very hard fought game and great team and way to protect home court."

Oldenburg pulled away in the second period, with a Philipp Schwethelm corner three at the halftime buzzer giving them a nine point lead, 40-31, in what was a high-octane game where both sides shot high percentages and took care of the ball.

An 8-2 run in the third, which included two three-pointers from De Zeeuw gave Oldenburg a fifteen point cushion from which they would never look back from.

Ovie Soko, Clevin Hannah and Brad Oleson led UCAM Murcia with 13 points-a-piece.

EWE Baskets led by as many as 24 in the final period, where it turned into a rout, as they climbed to 3-1 in Group A, whilst UCAM Murcia fell to 2-2.
