    Summary of the case:

The American Player Jantel Lavender and her Agent Boris Lelchitski filed a claim against the Turkish club Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü Derneği for outstanding salaries and agent fees. The Player requested payment of all outstanding salaries for the 2011-2012 season, submitting that the Club breached the Contract and a subsequent settlement agreement by not making the payments provided for in either agreement. In its Answer and Counterclaim, the Respondent argued that the Player had terminated the Contract without just cause and that the settlement agreement had been signed by an employee who did not have legal authority to represent the Club. The Arbitrator partially upheld the claim.
