    Summary of the case:
The American Player Chris Hernandez and his Agency Octagon, Inc. filed a claim against the Mexican Club Halcones UV Promotora Deportiva A.C. for outstanding salaries and expenses, late payment penalties and agent fees. The Player requested outstanding salaries and various living expenses owed from the Contract and payments owed under a separate Loan Agreement which he stated were not paid by the Club. Despite several invitations from the BAT, the Respondents did not file an answer to the request for arbitration within the set time limits. The Arbitrator upheld the claim in its entirety.
