    Summary of the case:
The Montegrin player Nikola Ivanovic and the Cypriot agency GPK Sports Management Limited filed a claim against the Greek club Kolossos Rhodes for outstanding salaries and agent fees. The player requested full payment of his salary for the 2009-2010 season and unpaid salaries for 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 seasons, submitting that he had terminated the employment contract with just cause due to the club’s failure to pay his salaries. Despite several invitations by the BAT, the Respondent did not file an answer to the request for arbitration within the set time limits. The Arbitrator decided to partially uphold the claim.
