    Summary of the case:
The American player Jeremy Pargo filed a claim against the Israli club Maccabi Tel Aviv seeking a declaration that he had validly terminated his employment contract. The player argued that the aforementioned contract provided for a right of early termination for him to sign a contract with an NBA team. In its Answer and counterclaim, the club sumitted that the requirements of the termination clause invoked by the player were not met, it terminated the employment contract and claimed damages from the player. The Arbitrator found that the early termination constituted a material breach of the contract by the Player and decided to partially uphold the counterclaim.
