    In view of the fact that the club Bornova Belediyesi SK continues to be in breach of its obligation to honour the BAT award, FIBA imposed a ban on registration of new players on Bornova Belediyesi SK.

    The American player Torin Jamal Francis filed a claim against the Turkish club Bornova Belediyesi SK for outstanding salaries. According to Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons.
