Summary of the case:
The Montenegrin player Vladimir Golubovic filed a claim against the Slovenian club BC Union Olimpija Ljubljana for outstanding salaries. The player requested full payment of his salary for the 2009/2010 season, submitting that the club had made partial payments only. In its Answer, the club argued that it had fulfilled its obligations by making the respective payments to a company which had transferred the player's image rights to the club for the 2009/2010 season. The Arbitrator decided to uphold the claim in its entirety.
