    In view of the fact that the club BC Athlitikos Omilos Paleo Faliro continues to be in breach of its obligation to honour the BAT award, FIBA imposed a ban on registration of new players on BC Athlitikos Omilos Paleo Faliro.

    Summary of the case:
    The Serbian player Milica Dabovic filed a claim against the Greek club BC Athlitikos Omilos Paleo Faliro for outstanding salaries and travel costs. The player requested full payment of her salary for the 2010-2011 season, submitting that the club had failed to make any payments. Despite several invitations by the BAT, the Respondent did not file an answer to the request for arbitration within the set time limits. The Arbitrator decided to partially uphold the claim.
