Following FIBA's intervention, the club WBC Mizo Pecs 2010 honoured the BAT award and paid the adjudicated amounts to the claimant.

In view of the fact that the club WBC Mizo Pecs 2010 continues to be in breach of its obligation to honour the BAT award, FIBA imposed a ban on registration of new players on WBC Mizo Pecs 2010.
