In view of the fact that the club KK Bosna ASA BH Telekom continues to be in breach of its obligation to honour the BAT award, FIBA imposed a ban on registration of new players on KK Bosna ASA BH Telekom.

Summary of the case:
The Montenegrin player Nikola Vucurovic filed a claim against the Bosnian club KK Bosna Asa BH Telekom for outstanding salaries. The player requested full payment of his salaries for the 2009/2010 season, submitting that the club had made partial payments only. In its answer, the club acknowledged its debts but submitted that it was in a difficult financial situation. The Arbitrator decided to uphold the claim in its entirety.
