    Follow-up : 15 September 2011
Following FIBA's intervention the club KK Cibona paid the adjudicated amount to the claimants.

    Follow up: 1 June 2011
In view of the fact that the club KK Cibona continues to be in breach of its obligation to honour the BAT award, FIBA imposed a ban on registration of new players on KK Cibona.

    Summary of the case:
The American agents Giovanni C. Funiciello and Happy Walters filed a claim against the Croatian club KK Cibona for outstanding agent fees. The agents requested full payment of their commission for the signing of the player Antonio Graves, submitting that the club had breached its contractual obligations by not making such payments. In its answer, the club acknowledged its debt and stated that the only reason for its non-payment was the club’s current financial situation. The Arbitrator decided to uphold the claim in its entirety.
