    Summary of the case:

The American player Marque Perry filed a claim against the Turkish club Besiktas JK for outstanding salaries, bonuses and travel expenses. The player requested full payment of his salaries for the 2009/2010 season, submitting that the club was in breach of contract by failing to make the agreed salary payments. In its answer, the club acknowledged its debt regarding salaries and bonuses but denied any obligation to pay for travel expenses. The Arbitrator decided to partially uphold the claim.
