The Gems are currently holding training camp at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) in the nation's capital of Canberra after which they will head off to Chile for the FIBA U19 World Championship that will be held in the cities of Puerto Montt and Puerto Varas between 21 and 31 July.

The Gems had a memorabe tour of China in May during which they won two competitions - the Shanglou Cup and the Shouzhou Tournament.
