    WOLLONGONG (NBL) – The Wollongong Hawks today travel to the Challenge stadium for the first of a three-leg Grand Final against the Perth Wildcats, who finished top of the regular season table (12 noon CET).

    The Hawks bounced back from an 82-53 drubbing to overcome Townsville in their semi-final third game decider, while the Wildcats dispatched Gold Coast 2-0 in their semi.

    The game will be broadcast live and for free on FIBAtv.com.

    The two teams have met four times previously this campaign, with each winning two of their regular season head to heads.

    Averaging 16.0 and 7.3 rebounds, Cameron Tragardh has been the main man for the Hawks over these four games.

    For Perth, the best performer against Wollongong has been Shawn Redhage with a scoring average of 14.3, while Luke Schenscher (12.8) and Kevin Lisch (12.5) have also averaged double figures.

    The second leg will be played in Wollongong on Tuesday 9th March (09:30 CET).

    Should things go down to the wire, the third game decider would be played in Perth on Friday 12th March (12 noon CET).
