CYBERJAYA (FIBA 3x3 U18 Asia Cup) - Arielle Williams led scoring on Day 1 of the 3x3 U18 Asia Cup 2018 in Malaysia.

    CYBERJAYA (FIBA 3x3 U18 Asia Cup) - Arielle Williams led scoring on Day 1 of the FIBA 3x3 U18 Asia Cup in Cyberjaya, Malaysia on September 07-09. Williams, who is one of three 15-year-olds on the women's side, scored 19 points on the day. She helped New Zealand qualify for the quarter-finals in must-win over Japan.

    Ziting Tang (CHN) and Yang Siou Chin (TPE) were second and third on the scoring chart respectively with 18 and 17 points 

    On the men's side, player of the day Max De Geest (NZL) and Jianhao Lu (CHN) were tied for first with 17 points. Followed by Keito Nakazaki (JPN) who scored 12 points.
