ARMENIA (Olympic Solidarity Technical course for coaches) – The Technical course for coaches was held from 1st to 10th December in Yerevan, the country’s capital and largest city. M. Tom Schneeman was the appointed expert to run this level 1 (beginners) course.
Around 15 participants attended the programme. M. Schneeman prepared 8 sessions covering many aspects of the game and its coaching.
One of the sessions involved the entire group attending the Eurocup women’s game between Yerevan Hatis and Sony Athinaikos.
A good way to experience “live” what was taught by the expert during the course.
No particular final examination was given to the participants due to the lack of time.
However daily question/answer reviews were held by the expert. M. Schneeman underlined the interest shown by the coaches and claimed that they deserve and need additional clinics.
