Libertad will have to wait to discover their semi-final opponents after Boca Juniors took their series against Ben Hur to a decisive fifth game on Wednesday after levelling the series with a 85-66 victory.
Regatas recovered from a 27-20 first-quarter deficit to move within four points at the break before taking the lead in the third at 64-61 following a 20-12 surge.
But Quilmes used a 21-18 final-quarter advantage to force five minutes of overtime before Regatas advanced with a 16-13 extra session.
Sebastian Acosta poured in 36 points for Regatas and Roman Gonzalez added 26 and 10 rebounds, while Clarence Robinson and Ramzee Stanton paced
Quilmes by scoring 21 apiece.
Boca dominated the second quarter, outscoring their opponents 28-14 to forge a 51-34 half-time lead before heading into the final session with a 68-46 advantage.
William McFarlan netted 22 points for Ben Hur, while Argentina international Leonardo Gutierrez and Gustavo Orona each had 18 points for Boca.
