Making the Liga Nacional’s Dream Team are Mikulas, guard Rodriguez and forwards Jason Osborne and Josh Pittman - Mikulas’ team-mates - and Regatas Corrientes shooting guard Diego Garcia.
"This award, although it is personal, has to do with the job of the whole team,” Mikulas said on the Liga Nacional’s official website.
“I know I’m having a very good season, but it only represents part of the team campaign.
“The most important part (of the season) is still left.
“If we are not champions, all awards are useless.”
As top seeds, Penarol will have homecourt advantage throughout the post-season.
