The Dominican Republic will face Canada on February 21 and 24, first as a visitor at the Tribute Communities Center in Oshawa, Ontario, in Canada and then at home, at the Palacio de los Deportes de Santo Domingo.
The Dominicans will have the experienced coach Melvyn López as Head Coach.
Both the Dominican Republic and Canada participate in Group C, with Cuba and the Virgin Islands. The top three teams from the group will qualify to the FIBA AmeriCup 2021, at the conclusion of three qualification windows.
