Mali's rising star Alima Kouyate took home the MVP honors after leading her team to the title.
She was joined on team of the tournament by her teammate Diarrah Sissoko, who was top scorer of the event with 28 points in 5 games and local favorite Fildauce Namulema, who carried Uganda to the silver medal in front of the home crowd.
