    LJUBLJANA (Adriatic League) - Partizan Belgrade (19-2) didn’t play on Saturday at home against Cibona Zagreb after the game was postponed due to security fears, but that didn’t stop Dusko Vujosevic’s team from padding its lead in the Adriatic League standings.

    Second-place Zadar, who had won 14 consecutive games, lost for the second week in a row, this time at strugglers Geoplin Slovan 78-73.

    De Marco Johnson had 18 points to lead bottom side Slovan (5-17) while Shammel Stallworth scored a game-high 25 in defeat.

    Another Slovenian side won when Union Olimpija prevailed 63-60 at Siroki.

    Goran Dragic had 16 points to pace the Ljubljana outfit while Marko Milic, who just signed a two-year extension with the team, had six rebounds to go with his eight points.

    With the victory, Union Olimpija climbed to third in the standings at 13-9 behind Zadar (17-5).

    Hemofarm are also 13-9 and in fourth after being thrashed on Saturday, just a few days after a big win in the ULEB Cup over Buducnost.

    FMP (12-10) hammered Hemofarm 79-61

    Red Star Belgrade are fourth after an 84-82 defeat at KK Zagreb, who got 26 points from Krunoslav Simon and 20 from Ante Tomic.

    Vojvodina are ninth after winning 97-79 over Helios in Saturday’s other game.
