First list of 3x3 Satellites unveiled
MIES (3x3 Satellites) - FIBA announced on Friday a first list of 3x3 Satellites, the second-tier qualifiers of the 2018 FIBA 3x3 professional circuit.
MIES (3x3 Satellites) - FIBA announced on Friday a first list of 3x3 Satellites, the second-tier qualifiers of the 2018 FIBA 3x3 professional circuit.
Satellite tournaments are a first step on the road to the World Tour. The winners earn a ticket to a first-tier qualifier called Challenger. The 2 best teams from each Challenger then qualify to a FIBA 3x3 World Tour Masters.
Organizers willing to host a Satellite in 2019 can contact FIBA at 3x3roadtoworldtour@fiba.com.
A grand total of 50 Satellites have already been registered for the season. Here is the list of all the Satellites that have yet to be played this season. An automatically updated list can be found on play.fiba3x3.com.
