MVP Ndiaye headlines Women's Team of the Tournament at FIBA 3x3 Africa Cup 2018

    LOME (FIBA 3x3 Africa Cup 2018) - Djeneba Ndiaye was named MVP of the FIBA 3x3 Africa Cup 2018 after leading Mali to back-to-back titles in Lomé, Togo on November 9-11, 2018.

    LOME (FIBA 3x3 Africa Cup 2018) - Djeneba Ndiaye was named MVP of the FIBA 3x3 Africa Cup 2018 after leading Mali to back-to-back titles in Lomé, Togo on November 9-11, 2018.

    The 21-year-old rising star led her team in scoring (8th overall) and brought Mali a second gold medal in 2 editions at the FIBA 3x3 Africa Cup.

    She was joined on the team of the tournament by Ginette Mfutila  (who struck silver with the Democratic Republic of Congo) and Elise Afetse, who led hosts Togo to the bronze medal.
