Permutations: Who can qualify for the Quarter-Finals this week?

MIES (Switzerland) - As we enter the penultimate week of action in the Round of 16 no Quarter-Final berths have yet found their rightful owners, but there are several teams that are looking to change that in Week 5. 

Let's have a closer look at the qualification picture across all four groups to see which teams can book a ticket with a week to spare:

● Unicaja will qualify if they win. Unicaja will qualify even with a loss, if Strasbourg defeat Cholet.

● Tofas will qualify if they win and Strasbourg defeat Cholet.

● Cholet cannot qualify this week. Cholet will drop out of the race if they lose and Tofas defeat Unicaja.

● Strasbourg will only stay alive in the qualification race if they win against Cholet and Tofas lose to Unicaja.

Week 5 schedule: Galatasaray EKMAS vs. MHP RIESEN Ludwigsburg & Telekom Baskets Bonn vs. JDA Bourgogne Dijon

● Bonn will qualify if they defeat Dijon. Bonn will qualify even with a loss, if it's not by more than 9 points and Ludwigsburg defeat Galatasaray.

● Ludwigsburg will qualify if they defeat Galatasaray. Ludwigsburg will qualify even with a loss, if they lose by up to 19 points.

● Dijon will only stay alive in the qualification race if they defeat Bonn. Dijon will need to win by at least 10 points if Ludwigsburg defeat Galatasaray.

● Galatasaray will only stay alive in the qualification race if they defeat Ludwigsburg. Galatasaray will need to win by at least 20 points if Bonn defeat Dijon.

● Jerusalem will qualify if they win. Jerusalem will qualify even with a loss if they lose by up to 1 point and Tenerife defeat Karsiyaka.

● Tenerife will qualify if they win. Tenerife will qualify even with a loss if they lose by up to 8 points and Jerusalem defeat Peristeri.

● Karsiyaka will only stay alive in the qualification race if they win. If Jerusalem defeat Peristeri, Karsiyaka will stay in the race only if they win by at least 10 points.

● Peristeri will only stay alive in the qualification race if they win. If Tenerife defeat Karsiyaka, Peristeri will stay in the race only if they win by at least 2 points.

● Murcia will qualify if they win and Promitheas defeat Holon.

● Promitheas will qualify if they win.

● Holon will stay in the qualification race if they win, or if AEK defeat Murcia. In case none of these two happen, Holon will drop out of the race.

● AEK have no options to qualify.
