HAMBURG (Germany) - Alba Torrens has added to her incredible legacy by moving into a tie for 10th place in the list of all-time scorers at FIBA Women's EuroBasket.
The 35-year-old is competing at the major tournament for the seventh time - winning the title in 2013 and in 2017, as MVP - having already become Spain's all-time leading scorer in the 2023 edition.
Torrens achieved the feat by following up a nine-point outing in an opening win over Great Britain with 10 points in the victory against Group D hosts, Germany, as Spain improved to 2-0.
