    PIRAEUS (Greece) - Juste Jocyte has been named as the first ever FIBA Women's EuroBasket Rising Star award winner in recognition of her impressive work for Lithuania.

    With her nation absent from the competition for a decade, the 19-year-old guard was instrumental in helping Lithuania make a run to the Quarter-Finals on their return.

    Jocyte stepped out in her major tournament debut at the senior level, and posted with some eye-catching displays in Bologna and Piraeus - with a tournament-high of 23 points in the Classification Game 7-8.

    She signed off her participation having averaged an impressive 16.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game across six appearances.
