BERLIN (Germany) - Great teams need great leaders, and there will be no shortage of them at the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026.
Some of the biggest names in the women's game will proudly assume the role of their team's captain in Berlin, leading their national teams in pursuit of the ultimate prize.
Breanna Stewart will captain the reigning champions USA, while Belgium are once again led by superstar Emma Meesseman. Gabby Williams will set the tone for France, Alba Torrens brings a wealth of experience and success to Spain, while Australia will look to Ezi Magbegor.
