Napheesa Collier is number 1 in NBA 2K26 rankings

Every baller in the chart has a FIBA experience which underlines the importance of international competitions on careers.

MIES (Switzerland) - Many of the leading players on the planet and FIBA senior stars have landed in the recent NBA 2K26 Top 10 women players based on their efforts at club level during these past months.

We're taking a look at the standouts who find themselves in the overall rating (OVR) rankings list and also checking out who might be in line to feature at the flagship FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026.

    1. Napheesa Collier - USA (98 OVR)

Collier won her second gold medal in Paris last year

A Paris 2024 champion, Collier has been on fire of late and has overshadowed some of the even more prominent superstar ballers to take the outright number one spot. On this form, the versatile forward looks like being a lock for the big show in Berlin next year and adding to her double Olympic and Women's AmeriCup medals for USA.

    2. A'ja Wilson - USA (97 OVR)

Wilson won MVP honors at both Paris 2024 and the last edition of the World Cup

The reigning FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup TISSOT MVP could be on course to win back-to-back honors when she inevitably steps out for USA at next year's showpiece. Also MVP at Paris 2024, Wilson has already won all there is to win and is showing her class and quality as you would expect Stateside when wearing club colors.

    3. Breanna Stewart - USA (97 OVR)

Breanna Stewart has already won six major titles at senior level with USA

Renowned for years as one of the best ballers in female hoops and even one of the best ever, Stewart is still going strong. Her amazing all-around play has been in evidence as usual and she is bidding to appear at her fourth consecutive FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup next year - having won the tournament three times already.

    4. Caitlin Clark - USA (96 OVR)

MVP of the FIBA U19 Worlds several years ago, is a senior tournament debut in the pipeline?

From a two-time FIBA U19 Women's Basketball World Cup winner and 2021 MVP to a phenomenon of not only women's basketball, but also women's sport in general. An amazing player to watch due to her skills and shooting ability, Clark's eye-popping worldwide army of fans will be crazy happy if she makes a senior debut in Berlin.

    5. Alyssa Thomas - USA (95 OVR)

Thomas won her first senior gold with USA at 30-years-old and grabbed another in Paris last year

Showing it's never too late to dream, Thomas was 30-years-old when she stepped out at the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2022 in Sydney. Now she also has a gold medal from Paris 2024 in her trophy cabinet and could be in line to continue her late blossom in a USA vest. Especially if she keeps going great things at club level.

    6. Sabrina Ionescu - USA (93 OVR)

Ionescu is bidding to appear next year at her third consecutive global tournament with USA

The FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup will always be special for Ionescu since she made her senior major tournament debut at the event in Sydney three years ago. Adding to her winners' medal by also appearing in Paris 2024, she is still shooting the lights out at club level and has ever chance of locking down her roster spot again.

    7. Nneka Ogwumike - USA (92 OVR)

Ogwumike won the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2018 with USA

Last playing for USA back in 2020, the two-time FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup champion won't be suiting back up to try and complete a hat-trick of gold medals. But that won't stop fans enjoying the 35-year-old veteran baller going to work at club level where she has been rolling back the years with some exceptional performances.

    8. Satou Sabally - GER (92 OVR)

Sabally was sensational at Paris 2024 and could be the poster player in Berlin next year

After her spectacular first Olympic steps last year at Paris 2024, Sabally took her already high profile to new heights with superb displays that helped Germany make history. Now balling out in 2025 too, the forward will be one of the box-office names at the biggest FIBA tournament of 2026 and will carry the hopes of the host nation.

    9. Jonquel Jones - BIH (92 OVR)

Jones was phenomenal as a naturalized baller for Bosnia and Herzegovina

Perhaps the only player absolutely guaranteed not to be playing in Berlin next year, Jones can't grab a second FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup appearance with Bosnia and Herzgovina not in the Qualifying Tournaments. Having already put up breathtaking numbers on the FIBA stage, she continues to do the same in a club setting.

    10. Angel Reese - USA (90 OVR)

Reese helped lead USA to FIBA Women's AmeriCup success in 2023

It's never boring when it comes to Reese. Constantly in the news for impressive displays on the court and a few controversial moments as well, could next year be the time for her to climb the ladder and appear at a first global tournament for USA? She has already won Continental gold having starred at the FIBA Women's AmeriCup 2023.
