BEIRUT (Lebanon) - Familiar sides crowd the upper echelon of the recently opened 2025-26 FIBA WASL-West Asia League competitions.
As it stands, Al Riyadi and Shahrdari Gorgan are sharing the lead with similar 2-0 records, and that's big thanks to their impressive victories during the Sub-Zone League's first two weeks.
Still, it's quite early to be projecting which teams will reach the Semi-Finals, for we have just been scratching the surface of what we can all expect to be a tough race in the Group Phase.
