Denmark claimed their first Division B crown after having previously finished as runners-up in both 2011 and 2022. And, they did so by fighting off a valiant comeback attempt by Estonia.

After a tight first quarter, Denmark raced away with a 17-2 start to the second quarter and soon went into the locker room up 49-31. The cushion swelled to 21 points, but Estonia fought back to cut the deficit to 66-57 after three quarters.

Estonia were slow to score in the fourth, going empty-handed for nearly the first three minutes and the Danes moved 12 points ahead. However, Estonia would not go away and it was 75-73 with under two minutes to play.

Kaur Tomann's 30-point heroics were not enough in the end for Estonia
