USA eclipsed their previous record of 146 with 1:10 minutes left in the game on a three-pointer by NaVorro Bowman. The 146 points was set by USA's star-studded team at the U17 World Cup in 2024.

Scott Fitch's team already scored 141 points against Cameroon in the Round of 16 in this event. And the Americans now hold five highest single game scorelines in FIBA U17 Word Cup history.

That was the only record that was broken in the game, but there were a number of near misses on both sides - and both team and player marks.

USA forward Joaquim Boumtje Boumtje put together a monster performance with 31 points including 6 three-pointers, 16 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal and 2 blocks for an efficiency of 49 - in less than 22 minutes.

The 49 efficiency ranks fourth all-time in a single game. The record is Australian Isaac Humphries with his 56 efficiency in a loss to Canada in 2014.
