SEREMBAN (Malaysia) - Lineups of the 8 teams competing in the FIBA U16 Women's Asia Cup 2025-Division A have been confirmed following the technical meeting's conclusion on Sunday, September 21.

The tournament is scheduled on September 22-28 and will be played at the Karisma Arena, beginning with the Group Phase on September 22-24. Each gameday of the said stage will feature four matches.
The top teams from each group will advance directly to the Semi-Finals on September 27, while teams finishing second and third in their groups will play in the Qualification to Semi-Finals set September 26.
The four teams advancing to the Semi-Finals will also earn the honor of representing the continent in the prestigious FIBA U17 Women's Basketball World Cup 2026, set to be played in Czechia.
Teams finishing fourth in their groups, on the other hand, will face one another in the Classification 7-8 on September 26 as well. A Classification 5-6 will also be played, just before the Semi-Finals.
The Final, to be preceded by the Third-Place Game between the losing teams from the Semi-Finals, is on September 28 as the final day of competitions will be dedicated solely on medal games.
