To quality for this event, teams will face in regional qualifiers.
FIBA U16 African Championship 2023- All Stars Five
Each FIBA Africa zone organises qualifiers where only the champion team of the zone qualifies for the FIBA U18 AfroBasket 2024 finals.
So we have :
- Zone 1: Qualified Zone 1
- Zone 2: Qualified Zone 2
- Zone 3: Qualified Zone 3
- Zone 4: Qualified Zone 4
- Zone 5: Qualified Zone 5
- Zone 6: Qualified Zone 6
- Zone 7: Qualified Zone 7
Automatic qualifiers :
* Rwanda - Host country
* Guinea - Egypt - Mali - Angola (the four semi-finalists from the last edition).
The finals will be held in Kigali, Rwanda from 02 to 14 September 2025 with 12 teams.
