The French side executed better in the extra five minutes, playing the more composed of the two, with Jordan Barnett going for 20 points on 8-for-13 shooting to lead Dijon to glory. Bickerstaff had 18 for Bashkimi, who fought valiantly but fell just short in a thrilling battle.

Basketball Lowen Braunschweig were 88-79 victors over PAOK in the battle of the two unbeaten teams, as Grant Sherfield and David N'Guessan guided the German side to victory.

Sherfield and N'Guessan both had 17 points to lead the way, with N'Guessan shooting an impressive 70 percent from the floor. K.J. Jackson led the Greek side with 17 as well, as PAOK fell to their first loss of the competition.
