MIAMI (United States) – The Caribbean Pre-Qualifiers for the FIBA AmeriCup 2029 now have their roadmap. The official draw, held on Monday in Miami, Florida, determined the groups for the competition. The tournament will be played from July 8–12 in Guyana. The groups were drawn as follows:
Group A
1. Guyana 2. Dominica 3. Turks and Caicos 4. Antigua & Barbuda 5. Bermuda
Group B
1. Haiti 2. Grenada 3. Cayman Islands 4. Barbados 5. St. Vincent and the Grenadines All games will be held at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall in Georgetown. Each team will face every opponent in its group once in a round-robin format. At the conclusion of the competition, the top team from each group will advance to the next round of the FIBA AmeriCup 2029 Pre-Qualifiers.
