    Some top talents and major stars are set to impress in the 2025-26 edition.

    MUNICH (Germany) - The EuroCup Women Regular Season is a about to tip-off and that means an array of talented ballers all getting ready to light it up during the main phase and beyond.

    The competition has a rich tradition of providing a stage for some of the Continent's biggest stars and for 2025-26, there are many more waiting in line to shine.

    Here are 10 ballers that could be big difference-makers for their respective teams and need to be on your watch-list.

    Iyana Martin - Perfumerias Avenida

    Birth Date: January 18, 2006 (19 years old) Height: 1.74m (5ft 9in) Nationality: ESP

    Last season's EuroLeague Women Young Player of the Year and also an outstanding young gun for the Spanish national team, Martin is an extraordinary talent. Her scoring ability will be the main feature of Avenida's challenge for silverware. Also super locked in when it comes to her mentality, she's intense and always fun to watch.

    Yvonne Anderson - KKZ Crvena Zvezda

    Birth Date: March 8, 1990 (35 years old) Height: 1.75m (5ft 9in) Nationality: SRB

    One of the leading lights in the European women's game and a EuroLeague Women champion 18 months ago, Anderson has linked up with Serbia head coach Marina Maljkovic. Watch out for her top class skills and application, including her scoring, clutch ability and defense. She will shine brightly and put her team on her back if needed.

    Holly Winterburn - Athinaikos Qualco

    A former EuroCup Women champion, Winterburn is a true leader for Great Britain at the international level and has switched to the ambitious Athinaikos to link back up with former London coach Stella Kaltsidou. Tasked with bringing the noise in the backcourt, watch the guard lighting up the highlights reel with her shooting and dimes.

    Mariella Fasoula - Besiktas BOA

    The marquee player for Greece, Fasoula has spent the bulk of her club career competing in EuroLeague Women and so EuroCup Women had better be ready for some huge performances and numbers. Dominant in the paint and always working the high post, the center is a super player who could take Besiktas deep in this competition.

    Khaalia Hillsman - ZKK Crvena Zvezda

    Birth Date: August 1, 1996 (29 years old) Height: 1.96m (6ft 5in) Nationality: BUL

    An unstoppable power as a naturalized player for Bulgaria, her numbers in the FIBA Women's EuroBasket Qualifiers underline her ability and influence. Now Crvena Zvezda will reap the benefits and a season double-double is not out of the question. Super strong in the hoop and a great rebounder, she will drop anchor in the paint.

    Kamile Nacickaite Van Der Horst - Kibirkstis-TOKS

    Kibirkstis-TOKS had dreamed of the EuroLeague Women Regular Season and will now set their sights on having a tilt at EuroCup Women silverware. For that to materialize, the Lithuanian guard will have to catch fire. And, with her shooting ability and experience at the top level for almost two decades, she's ready to be their difference-maker.

    Alexis Peterson - Villeneuve d'Ascq LM

    The Germany national team point guard is ready to lead Villeneuve d'Ascq LM in their title defense and it will be a tough ask to take over from departed MVP Carla Leite. Different players, Peterson will bring great control and more experience to the table. Her composure and ability to control the tempo for her team will be absolutely priceless.

    Julia Reisingerova - NKA Universitas Pecs

    A class act who shows her quality on the international stage with Czechia, the center makes a return to Pecs and will be looking to turn up the dial. She has the capacity to dominate at both ends of the floor because of her size, scoring and rebounding prowess. Reisingerova is also a leader who will be the focal point for Pecs in most games.

    Virag Kiss - Athinaikos Qualco

    Birth Date: April 12, 1998 (27 years old) Height: 1.94m (6ft 4in) Nationality: HUN

    The Hungarian national team star could prove a smart signing for Athinaikos having excelled in the competition during recent seasons at Uni Gyor and NKA Universitas Pecs. Kiss joins a club with theur eyes on a deep run and taking the title itself. Smart and a team player, watch out for her posting both standout displays and key cameos.

    Frieda Buhner - Movistar Estudiantes

    FORWARD

    Birth Date: May 28, 2004 (21 years old) Height: 1.86m (6ft 1in) Nationality: GER

    It's been a whirlwind 18 months for Buhner after breaking out at Paris 2024 for debutantes Germany with some fine displays off the bench. She repeated that trend at FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2025 and in between did great work for Movistar Estudiantes in EuroCup Women. Her shooting range and ice-cold composure is really impressive.
