ULAANBAATAR (Mongolia) - Ian Miller deservingly took home Basketball Champions League Asia-East (BCL Asia-East) 2025 Most Valuable Player honors after bringing Ulaanbaatar Xac to the Promised Land.
The star guard earned the tournament's highest individual award as he led the Broncos to the BCL Asia 2025. the continent's most prestigious club competition, through his leadership by example.
His coronation took place on Saturday night at the MBank Arena, shortly after powering the 2024-25 The League champions to an 86-77 victory over the Taoyuan Pauian Pilots to snare the coveted trophy.
There, Miller finished with a game-high 30 points, submitting easily his best game of the tournament when it mattered most. He shot an efficient 55-percent from the floor, including a 6-of-12 clip from deep.
And his last three-pointer was indeed crucial, as it triggered a personal 5-0 run toward an 80-72 lead with 4:05 remaining in the game - a lead which proved difficult for the opposition to erase.
The 33-year-old out of Florida State also finished with 8 assists.
Miller finished the BCL Asia-East 2025 with solid per-game averages of 17.9 points on 44.1-percent shooting from the floor, 2.6 rebounds, and 5.6 assists in 25.4 minutes of playing time.
