Gatorade to fuel FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023

 MANILA (Philippines) - The Philippines, co-hosting FIBA’s summit event with Japan and Indonesia, made the announcement after Gatorade, the world’s number 1 sports drink, sealed its partnership with Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas as a major local sponsor in the 32-team competition set to start on August 25.

David Crocker, Executive Director of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023, expressed excitement about partnering with a universally known global brand like Gatorade.

Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas Chairman Emeritus Manny V. Pangilinan and SBP President Al S. Panlilio welcomed Gatorade’s entry as a major local sponsor.
