Santander selects Argentina's 12-player roster for South American Championship
BUENOS AIRES (FIBA Women’s AmeriCup 2019) – Following two preparation game victories against Sacred Heart University, the Head Coach of the Argentinian Women’s National Team Cristian Santander announced the 12 players that will represent the country at the South American Women’s Championship 2018.

The South American Women’s Championship will be played August 30 – September 4 in Tunja, Colombia. Argentina was drafted to Group B with Ecuador, Peru and Ecuador. Meanwhile, Group A is composed of Brazil, Venezuela, Paraguay y Chile.
The Argentinian National team will continue preparations in Buenos Aires until August 18 and on the 20th the team will travel to Salta, Argentina to continue preparations. On August 28, the team will travel to Colombia.
The top four teams from the South American Women’s Championship 2018 will qualify to the FIBA Women’s AmeriCup 2019.
