PR N°21 - Rosters confirmed on eve of 2015 FIBA U19 World Championship

HERAKLION (2015 FIBA U19 World Championship) - The finalised rosters of the 16 participating teams at the 2015 FIBA U19 World Championship have been verified and confirmed.

All squads have been trimmed to 12 players, as the action tips off on Saturday 27 June.

Group A: Croatia; Iran; USA; Egypt.
Group B: Argentina; Spain; China; Turkey.
Group C: Canada; Italy; Tunisia; Australia.
Group D: Dominican Republic; Korea; Greece; Serbia.

The Group Phase takes place from Saturday 27 June until Tuesday 30 June. The Final Phase will then follow from Wednesday 1 July until Sunday 5 July.

Watch all of the games for free on youtube.com/fiba and livebasketball.tv (registration and subscription required). All Group Phase and Round of 16 games will be streamed live on YouTube. The Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, Third-Place Game and Final will broadcast on LiveBasketkball.TV, while Classification Games 5-8 and 9-16 will be available on FIBA's YouTube channel.

The FIBA U19 World Championship, formerly known as the FIBA World Championship for Junior Men, is where the stars of tomorrow are born.

Superstars such as Dejan Bodiroga, Juan Carlos Navarro, Andrei Kirilenko, Andrew Bogut, Nicolas Batum, Stephen Curry and Jonas Valanciunas have all shone bright in past editions of this championship.

The inaugural event took place in Brazil in 1979. Staged every four years from 1979 to 2007, it has been held every two years since 2009.
