What FIBA Europe Cup players are on international duty?
MUNICH (FIBA Europe Cup) - The next FIBA Europe Cup game will not be played until December, but the top players in the competition will not be out of action in the first international break of the new FIBA calendar.
There will be 47 players representing FIBA Europe Cup in the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 European Qualifiers and 18 more will don the jersey of their national team in the FIBA EuroBasket 2021 Pre-Qualifiers.
Tsmoki-Minsk lead the way with eight national team call-ups, with seven of them staying in Belarus and Chris Czerapowicz heading out to represent Sweden. Evenly divided among Alba Fehervar, Falco Vulcano and Szolnoki Olaj, there will be six Hungarian internationals from the FIBA Europe Cup.
SL Benfica and FC Porto will delegate three players each to the Portuguese national team, while the Dardan Berisha-led Kosovar champions Sigal Prishtina will form the core of the national team with five players from the same club.
