Tuesday Preview: Can Alba Fehervar bounce back against Proximus Spirou?

MUNICH (FIBA Europe Cup) - The second week of action in the FIBA Europe Cup will begin with a five-game slate on Tuesday, with fixtures in Lithuania, Hungary, Austria and France.

After having their home debut ruined by Bnei Rav-Bariach Herzliya, Alba Fehervar will be looking to get things right in Group F as they welcome Proximus Spirou in their second consecutive game on their home floor.

Elsewhere, BC Nevezis will host Avtodor Saratov after strengthening their ranks with former Latvia international Rihards Kuksiks, while Egis Kormend will be looking to build on their close escape in Botevgrad against Basic-Fit Brussels at home in Hungary.

In the other two games of the day, Kapfenberg Bulls are set to take on Mornar Bar in Group C, with ESSM Le Portel hoping to do better against Telenet Antwerp Giants at home than on the road in the Netherlands last week.

Group B: BC Nevezis (0-1) v Avtodor Saratov (1-0)


Nevezis will be looking for their first win in Kedainiai

Last Game: Avtodor Saratov held off a close challenge by Bakken Bears to start Group B play with a 76-73 win in Russia, while Nevezis couldn't keep up with SL Benfica, coming up short 88-83 in the Portuguese capital Lisbon.
Domestic Form: Nevezis are in 8th place in the LKL with a 1-4 record; defeated Juventus Utena 80-74 in the last game. Avtodor are in 7th place in the VTB League with a 1-1 record; lost to CSKA Moscow 93-66 in the last game.

Bnei Rav-Bariach Herzliya spoiled Alba Fehervar's home debut
