BERLIN (Germany) - Mateusz Ponitka produced just the third triple-double at FIBA EuroBasket since 1995 to lead Wednesday's action in efficiency.

Poland's leader finished with an impressive 26 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists in their stunning 90-87 triumph over the reigning champions Slovenia as they reached the Semi-Finals of the competition for the first time in 51 years.

Rudy Gobert posted another double-double for France with 19 points and 14 rebounds in their dramatic 93-85 success against Italy with teammate Thomas Heurtel top scoring with 20 points including some huge shots.

Meanwhile, Vlatko Cancar makes the lineup despite Slovenia's exit after helping spur their huge comeback effort from 23 points down with a team-high 21 points along with 4 rebounds and 4 assists.

Marco Spissu also earns a spot with 21 points of his own including four three-pointers in another spirited effort as Italy narrowly missed out on making it through to the Semi-Finals.
