MUNICH (Germany) - In view of the current situation in Israel and following recommendations of its security advisors, the FIBA Europe Executive Committee has taken the decision to postpone Israel's games in the November 2023 window of the FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers to February 2024.

- The game between Israel and Ireland, previously scheduled to take place on November 9, 2023, has been rescheduled for February 8, 2024;
- The game between Latvia and Israel, previously scheduled to take place on November 12, 2023, has been rescheduled for February 11, 2024.

 The exact game times for the postponed fixtures will be confirmed at a later stage.

FIBA Europe, in close cooperation with the Israeli Basketball Federation, will continue to monitor the situation as it remains committed to prioritizing the safety and well-being of all participants and stakeholders in all FIBA Europe competitions.
