The center was crowned the joint Top Performer of Gameday 6, but it was about a lot more than that as Steinberga scored the highest ever points tally by a Latvian female player. Her spectacular 37 points in a 71-65 win in Sweden. Also pulling down 9 boards, her landmark display took place in front of a record 9,500 crowd inside the Avicii Arena in Stockholm.
Also amassing a stellar performance efficiency valuation of 38, Serbia's playmaker Yvonne Anderson hit top gear in a comfortable 102-76 victory in Bulgaria. She was sensational and completed a double-double of 29 points and 10 assists, as well as snapping up 3 steals.
