Staley looking forward to USA stepping out in Seattle against China
SEATTLE (FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2018) - USA head coach Dawn Staley is relishing an exhibition game in Seattle later this month against fellow FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2018 competitors, China.
The two countries will battle it out at Seattle's Key Arena on April 26, with the USA side to be selected from a 34-strong pool of talent for 2018-2020.
"It’s great for us to get such a game, especially against an experienced Olympic team like China early on in this process," said Staley.

"I think the players will very much appreciate playing the game rather than practicing. Competition brings out the best in them, and that’s what China will give to us in Seattle."
The Seattle training camp will mark the third of the USA’s lengthy and intense preparations for the 2018 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup which tips off in September.
